Inflox provides a unified AI API gateway that enables developers to access multiple third-party AI models through a single API endpoint. The Service is provided on a usage-based billing model.
You must register an account and provide accurate, complete information to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: generating content that infringes intellectual property rights, distributing malware, attempting to circumvent rate limits or billing controls, or reselling access without authorization.
The Service is billed based on actual API usage. Charges are calculated according to the pricing published on our pricing page. We may adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of your account.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inflox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
